"I've had the benefit of working professionally with Elaine since 1986. We have worked together both in the private sector when I was a senior international executive of a major worldwide agency and in a global association of which I am the Chief Executive. Throughout that time, Elaine has been thoroughly professional, resourceful, and, most importantly, results-oriented. Her attention to the bottom line has equipped her to handle assignments on a very business-line basis."

Norman Vale,former Director-General,
